DEE posted new teachers as School commences.

224 teachers of the Directorate of Elementary Education were posted today in different Schools. The posting order had been uploaded  in  the website of the Directorate of Elementary Education this evening These 224 people were given offere letters  by Honourable Chief Minister  Professor Dr. Manik Saha on April 30. They have been asked to join their respective schools on Monday. It is learnt that English background teachers have been posted in English medium  schools. It is noteworthy that among the offer recipients, the number of candidates from South Tripura and West Tripura districts  are more. Among the teachers  51 are from South Tripura and 51 are from West Tripura. An attempt has been made to remove the teacher shortage by posting these teachers in those schools where there is a shortage of teachers. It is pertinent to mention  here that 5157 people have been appointed by the Directorate of Elementary Education after 2018.Among them 4884 are teachers.Another new innovative step is being taken by the Directorate of Elementary Education under the leadership of Shri Nripendra Chandra Sharma. 224 teachers who will be joining  in the new job will be provided  induction training very soon, and they will be trained to go to the schools and implement various central projects and state govt. projects on Educayion like Vidya Jyoti, PM Shri, Pre-Primary, Nipun Tripura etc so that the schemes are implemented properly.The offer for the post of Librarian will be given this month itself as the list of eligible candidates has already been sent from TRBT to the Directorate of Secondary Education.
