Extension of periodicity of summer special trains For the benefit of passengers

To clear extra rush, it has been decided to extend the periodicity of summer special trains upto
October, 2023 as per existing days of run, timings, stoppages and composition. The details are as under.
Accordingly, train No. 05616 (Guwahati – Udaipur City) special will now run for 18 trips on every
Sunday from 2 nd July to 29 th October, 2023. In return direction, train No. 05615 (Udaipur City – Guwahati)
special will now run for 18 trips on every Wednesday from 5 th July to 1 st November, 2023.
Train No. 05762 (Katihar – Ranchi) special will now run for 17 trips on every Thursday from 6 th July to
26 th October, 2023. In return direction, train No. 05761 (Ranchi – Katihar) special will now run for 17 trips on
every Friday from 7 th July to 27 th October, 2023.
Train No. 05734 (Katihar – Amritsar) special will now run for 17 trips on every Saturday from 8 th July
to 28 th October, 2023. In return direction, train No. 05733 (Amritsar – Katihar) special will now run for 17
trips on every Monday from 10 th July to 30 th October, 2023.
Train No. 02518 (Guwahati – Kolkata) special will now run for 16 trips on every Saturday from 15 th
July to 28 th October, 2023. In return direction, train No. 02517 (Kolkata – Guwahati) special will now run for
16 trips on every Thursday from 13 th July to 26 th October, 2023.
Train No. 02502 (Agartala – Kolkata) special will now run for 16 trips on every Wednesday from 12 th
July to 25 th October, 2023. In return direction, train No. 02501 (Kolkata – Agartala) special will now run for
16 trips on every Sunday from 16 th July to 29 th October, 2023.
Train No. 05639 (Silchar – Kolkata) special will now run for 15 trips on every Thursday from 20 th July
to 26 th October, 2023. In return direction, train No. 05640 (Kolkata – Silchar) special will now run for 15 trips
on every Friday from 21 st July to 27 th October, 2023.
Further, the service of the train No. 01665 (Rani Kamalapati – Agartala) special has been extended
upto 28 th September, 2023 to run on every Thursday and in return direction, the service of the train No.
01666 (Agartala – Rani Kamalapati) special has been extended upto 1 st October, 2023 to run on every
Sunday.
The extension of these train services will benefit wait listed passengers of other trains in those
routes. The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available at IRCTC website and are also being
notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of N. F. Railway. Passengers are requested to
verify the details before undertaking their journey.
