 Brilliant Stars English Medium School in Udaipur celebrated Children’s Day with a unique and engaging puppet show focused on child rights. Organized under the auspices of the District Legal Service Authority of Gomati District, the event aimed to educate young minds about their fundamental rights in an accessible manner. Yashvi Taneja, District Secretary of the District Legal Service Authority, simplified the concept of child rights, ensuring that even the youngest audience members could grasp the importance of these protections.Subhra Nath, Judge of the Family Court in Gomati District, highlighted the pivotal role of education in shaping young lives. "Schools are essential not just for learning good values but for laying the foundation of a rewarding future. The books in the school library serve as essential tools for nurturing creativity and personal growth," he remarked.The program was graced by several prominent figures, including Vinod Kumar, Principal of Brilliant Stars English Medium School; Dr. Arjun Saha; Chandrasekhar Chottopahya, TCS Officer; Sima Roy, Officer-In-Charge of the Women Police Station under Gomati District; and Bhashkar Nandi and Kiran Bhowmik, scholars from Tripura University.Kiran Bhowmik, Research Associate with the 16th Finance Commission, delivered a thought-provoking lecture on achieving success. “Success requires focus, detachment from distractions, and consistency. Child rights act as protective barriers, much like fencing, allowing children to grow and thrive,” he emphasized. Bhowmik stressed the importance of child rights as a foundation for building a better society in the future. The event concluded with a resounding acknowledgment of the need to empower children and ensure their rights, inspiring the students to become creators of a brighter tomorrow.
