Three accused involved in shooting are arrested

Barpeta: Jan 09: Police have arrested three accused in connection with the shooting incident in Burpetarod The three arrested accused have been identified as Sreedhar Mandal of Balavita village on Barpeta Road, Abu Taher of Chengelia and Khushi Sutradhar of Kalbhanga respectively.

Last Friday, January 6, around the evening, the incident of firing was organized in the clash of National Highway No. 31 running towards Bukchir of Barpeta road city. Four miscreants entered a commercial establishment named M/s Radhekrishna Hardwar at Barpeta Road Kalbhanga and fled with more than 50,000 rupees in cash after firing indiscriminately.
