Agartala: Dec 31: STGT passed youth knocked on the door of the chief minister again demanding jobs. The Chief Minister has assured their delegation that they will discuss the appointment with the Finance Minister and the Education Minister together.

STGT passed youths have been visiting the doors of the Chief Minister, Finance Minister, Education Minister and other ministers for the last few months to demand joint appointment. But no initiative is being taken to fulfill their demands. So they again gathered in front of the Chief Minister's residence demanding appointment on Saturday, the last day of the year. Later, a delegation of them met the Chief Minister at the official residence.

On this day, they requested the Chief Minister to fulfill the demand of appointment together. The Chief Minister heard their statement and assured to discuss the matter with the Finance Minister and the Education Minister. Meanwhile, a delegation of STGT passed youth requested the Chief Minister to take necessary measures to eliminate the shortage of class IX and X teachers.
