Successful Completion of training on Paper Cover, Envelope, and File Making by PNB RSETI

PNB RSETI South Tripura recently concluded a ten days long training program on "Paper Cover, Envelope, and File Making," aimed at promoting an entrepreneurial mindset and skill development among participants. This training is part of the ambitious self-employment and skill development initiative by the Ministry of Rural Development of both Central and State governments, managed by the lead bank.The closing ceremony, held at the PNB RSETI South Tripura, was attended by several distinguished guests, including Prafulla Debbarma, LDM PNB, and Director RSETI Avijit Chakraborty.Director Chakraborty highlighted that the training was conducted with the participation of 34 candidates from Bokafa RD Block, with a special focus on popularizing the use of paper bags instead of plastic. He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering sustainable practices and enhancing local employment opportunities.The programme successfully equipped participants with the skills necessary for making paper covers, envelopes, and files, thereby opening new avenues for self-employment and contributing to the local economy. The attendees expressed their gratitude for the opportunity and the valuable knowledge gained during the training.This initiative by PNB RSETI South Tripura exemplifies the ongoing efforts to empower rural communities through skill development and entrepreneurship.
