5th Inter Branch YKA Sports Meet 2024 Organized

The 5th Inter Branch YKA Sports Meet 2024 tournament series has been accomplished successfully. With the vision to generate inspiration over games and sports amidst youngsters and lead them to right direction avoiding any kinds of drugs and alcohol addiction tendency the CYKA has conducted the 5th Inter Branch YKA Sports Meet 2024 here in Krishnahaw village under Teliamura subdivision in Khowai district. The tournament had been initiated from 14th October 2024 and ends on 17 October. As per the report, on this dashing youth inspiring tournament total 22 teams where 14 boys teams and 8 girls teams have taken participation in the series. Competition event categories were as football, valley ball, long jump, high jump, javelin throw, shot put, discus throw, etc. In the final tournament match Tuidu YKA branch (boys) has achieved the championship status in football. On the other hand, in football event the  Nupangrumva YKA Branch girls team has obtained the championship reward. In Volleyball event, the Tuidu YKA branch has gained the champion. Overall championship glory has gone to Tuidu YKA branch who gained 39 achievement points. Total matches have been played 14 where group and individual contests exists respectively. The concerned organizer has distributed trophies  and cash money to the champion teams including credit certificate. The best player trophy was sponsored by Joy Ram Trophy, Agartala. The series was quite appreciable; all spectators have enjoyed the matches which have inspired the local youngsters over games and sports. Villagers have applauded the initiative and thanked CYKA for their good job
