Tipra Matha Expresses Dissatisfaction with Tripura State Government

Agartala: June 27: In recent months, tensions have emerged within the ruling coalition in Tripura. Tipra Matha, a key partner, has voiced significant dissatisfaction with the state government’s performance. President Vijay Kumar Hrankhwal addressed these concerns during a press conference today.

Hrankhwal highlighted that the state government is not adhering to the tripartite agreement, prompting Tipra Matha to prepare for the upcoming panchayat elections independently. The party claims it has not received official communication from the BJP regarding the elections.

Expressing frustration, Hrankhwal emphasized that despite being a partner party of the BJP, Tipra Matha feels unable to serve the people effectively. Consequently, the party questions the need to remain in the alliance and asserts its responsibility and duty toward the citizens.
