ASSAM RIFLES CONDUCTS YOGA CAPSULE AT TRIPURA

     Radhanagar Battalion of Agartala Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) conducted  *Yoga Capsule* at  Radhanagar, Unakoti District and Teliamura, Khowai District,Tripura on 04 June 2023.

  The event was organised for the troops and families with an aim to give various benefits of Yoga with main emphasis on unity of mind and body with a holistic approach to health and mental well being of a person
