Director School Education visited khowai and other Districts

Director School Education today visited Khowai for upcoming Parakh Rastriya Sarvekshan.Joint Director Elementary Education Harshita Biswas along with OSD Abhijit Samajpati and OSD Prajit Sarkar and OSD Dulal Debnath also visited the district. Emphasis was also given on NIPUN Mission for use of NIPUN corner, woarkbooks etc.Earlier Director attended meeting in Dharmanagar town hall to make the headmasters aware about the upcoming survey in the name of ‘ParakhRastriyaSarvekshan’. The survey is going to be held on 4 th December 2024 for class- III to V students. The former National Achievement Survey is now named as ‘ParakhRastriyaSarvekshan’. This survey will reveal the actual scenario of NEP-2020 implementation in the entire country. Director expressed his expectation from this survey as it can reflect the scenario of education of the state with the joint effort of students, teachers and guardians. Sri Sharma asked the head masters to motivate the teachers about survey and to take pivotal role to prepare the students rightly for the survey. SCERT Director L. Darlong also attended the meeting, along with Joint Director Secondary Education RakeshDebbarma, OSD AbhijitSamajpati and OSD SujitChakraborty.OSD SujitChakraborty explained the total process of survey to the headmasters. Apart from survey the matters related to Automated Permanent Academic Account Registration (APAAR ID) was also discussed in the meeting.With this Visits are completed in Sepahijala, Dhalai, Unakoti, North and Khowai. In coming days for effective conduction of survey visits will be done in Gomati, South and West Tripura Districts too.Apart from this a seminar was conducted in Unakoti on 8 th November 2024, focusing on upcoming CBSE board examination of 2025. The different guidelines of CBSE for Vidyajyoti schools were discussed along with capacity building of teachers. In this seminar all the Principals, vice-Principals, teachers of vidyajyoti schools and CBSE board manage were participated. The chief guest of the programme was Director, School Education, Sri N.C. Sharma. Director appealed to all teachers to work hard for 100% success of the students in board examination. He also said that the department will provide all the necessary advice and support to the schools to achieve this goal. Director presented the priority areas to work
on with a definite work plan for the teachers. DEO UnakotiPrasantaKhilikdar was also graced the programme with his presence and motivating words. He marked the significance of such seminar and hope that the steps taken on behalf of department school education will be helpful to achieve the goals.
