The department neith issued the list of shortlisted candidates from the physical test nor the dates for the written exams had been issued. “We have gathered here in this office on a number of occasions but the authorities can’t give us anything other than verbal assurances. This time as well, the officials are unwilling to disclose anything,” said an aspirant.

If the selection process is conducted speedily, the aspirants can prepare for other interviews as well. For the last 2.5 years, we have been waiting for the result of physical screening.”
Frustrated at the unprecedented delay another aspirant said that if the government was unwilling to provide jobs to the unemployed youth, they should be provided with free poison. “Already the job market is shrinking and whenever job advertisements are issued, such delays test the patience of the aspirants,” he added. --------- (over)
