Two CPI(M) Workers Arrested in Clash with BJP Workers in Noapara

Agartala: Dec 07: Two CPI(M) workers were arrested in a clash between CPI(M) and BJP workers over a business-related issue in the Noapara area late Friday night. Bishalgarh police station arrested Milad Hossain and Sumit, two CPI(M) workers involved in the incident. The incident has created intense tension in the area.

It is learned that a group of CPI(M) workers led by Milad Hossain suddenly attacked the house of a BJP worker named Saddam Hossain. Saddam Hossain alleged that the attack on his house was due to his involvement in BJP activities in the area. Allegedly, Saddam Hossain's house was vandalized and two lakh rupees in cash were stolen from his house.

Jasim Uddin, the member of Ward No. 5 of Noapara, along with the locals, rushed to the scene and arrested the accused and informed the police. The police rushed to the scene and arrested the accused. Bishalgarh police station will hand over the accused to Bishalgarh court on Saturday afternoon.
