Wife hands over drug addicted hubby to cops

 Deeply frustrated with the husband for her addiction to drugs, a woman of Bishalgarh’s Chandratilla on Friday handed over his life partner to the police for his well-being.

Ripan Majumder, a day wager has been a habitual drug addict for the past few months. Recently, he increased his addiction causing unrest in the family. On Friday, he went out for work and returned home.

“I spotted, my husband took a dose of kouta (brown sugar) inside our room and was strongly opposed. He enraged and tortured me. Finding no other alternative, I called the police and handed over him to the cops”, she told the media.
