42 SCHOOLS AVAILED SPORTS ITEMS.

   With the initiative of Ampi Nagar Schools Inspectorate (state) a mega sports items distribution programme has been organized here in Ampi English Medium Model Higher Secondary School at Chechua village in Gomati Tripura today. On this occasion 42 schools under the state education department and other distinguished dignitaries have assembled here in the programme venue. In the presence of many programme participants 41 constituency MLA Pathanlal Jamatia has inaugurated this sports motivational event. Under the scheme of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan the concerned education departmental authority has provided this opportunity to 42 state schools to create a favourable sports atmosphere in schools and accelerate the enthusiasm amidst school students over games and sports. As per the report, sports items like valley ball, valley ball net, skipping rope, plastic cone, cricket tennis bat, cricket tennis ball, cricket stamps and bail set, flying disc, relay baton set, football, kit bag and many other additional sports items have been distributed amidst these schools. Addressing the teacher participants Ampi I.S Bishanna Hari Jamatia has said, "Student life is closely related with games and sports. Learning lesson in school is not enough to maintain a healthy student life. To maintain a healthy student life sports keep a significant role. To mould body and mind we have to inspire students towards games and sports. Games and sports help to generate sound mind and body as well as promote better personality. We have to motivate all students in all schools to participate in sports" Amidst other distinguished dignitaries there were Bobijoy Reang, chairman of ILEC,  Pradyot Kumar Mallik, Principal of Ampi English Medium Model H.S School, Sankar Ch. Das, I/S, Ampi nagar (state) and many others remained present in the programme
