Agartala March 10: Union Home Minister and BJP State President Tipra Motha met after the swearing-in ceremony on March 8 after forming the BJP-IPFT coalition government for the second time.

The meeting was held in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha at the State Guest Hall. After the meeting, it became clear that there was no agreement between Tipra Motha and BJP before the elections, but after the elections something like Greater Tipraland was going to happen in the state of Tripura because on this day, the 16-point demand has been presented mainly by Motha. The first of them is the formation of Union Territories as per Articles 1 and 2 of the Constitution. Secondly, according to Article 244 of the Constitution, it has demanded the formation of a self-governing state. However, if these two demands are met by the central government, then Tripura is on its way to division, Gaurang Rudrapal expressed fear. In a press conference organized at Amara Bengali state office on Friday, he also said that the people of the state are scared after this meeting with Motha, the state president of BJP and the Union Home Minister. He urged the central government not to accept this demand in any way.
