Agartala: Dec 30: Home Minister Amit Shah is going to come this time focusing on the upcoming assembly elections. On January 5, Home Minister Amit Shah will start BJP's public trust rally from two districts of the state. This South Zone Rath Yatra will start from Sabroom. On the other hand, the Rath Yatra of North Zone will start from Dharmanagar. In view of various people-oriented projects of the Central and State Governments and the upcoming assembly elections, this Jan Biswas Rath Yatra has been organized for the second time in the state to reach about 10 lakh people with the aim of BJP government institutions.

The North Zone Rath Yatra will start from Dharmanagar on January 5 at 11 am. Rath Yatra of South Zone will start from 2 pm. BJP state president Rajeev Bhattacharya informed a press conference at Jagannath Bari state BJP election office on Friday. Minister Sushant Chowdhury has been given the responsibility as the in-charge of this Rath Yatra. BJP State General Secretary Amit Rakshit along with MLAs and other leaders are in charge of the North Zone Public Trust Rath Yatra. General Secretary Tinku Roy is in charge of South Tripura Rath Yatra. The closing ceremony will be held in Agartala on January 12th after circumambulating 1,000 paths. BJP state president JP Nadda will be present in it. He said that 8 days Rath Yatra will be organized. Minister Sushant Chowdhury called for the formation of the BJP government in the state again in 2023 based on the work of the state government, people-oriented projects and policies. To make the Rath Yatra a success, BJP's Election Officer Dr. Mahendra Singh is already in the state. He also said that Minister for Organization BL Santosh had held a meeting.

Kadamtala Kurti, Bagbasa will come to the meeting. Markets and road meetings have been organized around this Rath Yatra. BJP will hold at least two small meetings in each assembly constituency. Yuva Morcha officials will welcome with a bike rally. The Northern Rath Yatra will pass through Yuvraj Nagar, Panisagar, Kailashahar, Fatikrai, Chandipur Vidhan Sabha. 60 Vidhan Sabhas will circumambulate this public faith procession. There will be more than 200 meetings, more than 100 marches. Lakhs of people will gather in North and South zones. Necessary arrangements and preparations have been made by the initiative of the state BJP.
