Tripura University Economics Alumni Association Announces Alumni Meet 2025

The Department of Economics Alumni Association (DEAA) of Tripura University held its General Body Meeting at Jogesh Mansion to discuss key initiatives, including the much-anticipated Alumni Meet 2025. Chaired by Vice President Abhijit Sarkar, the meeting focused on planning, registration processes, and other essential arrangements.The Alumni Meet is scheduled for January 5, 2025, at Academic Building-3, Tripura University, commencing at 11:00 AM. Registration is open until December 28, 2024, with a fee of Rs. 200 for alumni, while invitees such as departmental faculty, research scholars, and third-semester students are exempted. Students, however, must complete the registration form.The program features an inaugural ceremony, cultural activities, interactive sessions, and batch-wise performances, culminating in a General Body Meeting. A detailed schedule has been finalized to ensure seamless proceedings.Committees for organization, food, registration, cultural events, and programming have been established, with notable faculty and alumni taking leadership roles. Funds for the event will temporarily be handled by committee member Sukanti Roy until the association finalizes its registration and opens a bank account.The DEAA remains committed to fostering alumni engagement and enhancing the department’s academic community.
